So I went into an XP machine to reflash another zImage900mhz via USB (thank goodness). But i was wondering what is the difference everyone's talking about Titan's and Lehto's kernels. Whose do i have? This overclocking and LInux is getting really confusing especially with all the different pages we have to go through and seems like it's more confusing for newbies like me. Anyways, as long as the people are friendly i'm willing to give it some time

Thanks guys in advance.
Check out my guide in sig. It should be fairly up to date. I haven't updated the new kernel settings scripts but even without it, my steps should work just fine. I recommend titan's as it has a few failsafe features in place. Also, it's more customizable when needed.
