There is some good stuff for iPod to plan your diet, un control calories, protein, fat etc when you burning fat or gaining muscle. But i did not find any complex software to plan and control everything – diet, training, rest, cardio etc and with possability to use all together or seperated. So i have decided to create web based software to do it all. Software is @alfa stage now and soon beta is comeing and there will be need for 5 beta testers – requirements for testers i will let you know, when the time comes.

Insight: low trafic consumption. Two languages for now (latvian and english). You can add personal exercises with photo, description, technics, mark target muscle. You can plan @callendar your training routine (on each day mark needed muscle group and after that just mark needed exercise) mark needed reps etc. Control all training with needed an real reps etc. See your progress @graph. The same style is used for cardio, diet, rest sections. Cardio is calculating your MHR and dosage of cardio training for easy use.

This web based software is developed to use on QVGA and WVGA displays.

If some specific functions is needed, please sugest me.
