Mine - 65kg/95kg 2002./2007. now i am ~90kg at 183cm

I think laughingstock gets enough exercise as it is

before and after? well...2002 i was at 90kg...today i am at 135kg...(have some belly fat to lose - so thanks for the site laughingstock )

I am more into the strength and powerlifting aspect.
