500MB? Wow. T-Mobile caps at 5GB, but only then you're throttled until the next month, not charged overage. Then, how much does Vodafone charge for a data plan? That might explain the difference. Assuming you aren't on a promo plan or taking advantage of phone-first web tmobile charges as low as 20 a month.
