I changed the time to "Update automatically" from the GSM network, which showed the correct time, but then had the time zone listed as GMT, and thus all the world times one hour out...

Reboot didnt help.

Then I set it back again to manual, and the error now seems to have resolved itself. "Update automatically" setting also correct now.

Very odd
