Maybe I pasted it wrong. Here's the link so grab it yourself.

Scroll down to the part that says: Drag this to your browser toolbar to get started:
bit.ly Sidebar

Tap and hold on bit.ly Sidebar link, choose copy link address, then paste it into the address bar.

Also, you have to already be on some page for it to work.
