I have same issue.
Using MediaTomb on Ubuntu Lucid 10.04 64-bit
My files are Ogg Vorbis music files
N900 can see MediaTomb server and will let me navigate down to artist and then album folder, but then says no files found.

I tried your audio/ogg tip but that hasn't helped.

Anyone else had this problem and fixed it?
