My apologies if it does actually work, it didn't when I went from 1.1.1 to 1.0.

If it does actually work just reflash with the parameter --flash-only=rootfs and --flash-only=kernel and it shouldn't touch the cmt, if the N900 doesn't boot repeat the command nolo, initfs to reflash the bootloaders.
