pr 1.3 shouldnt come too far off as they have stated the reason behind the delay in pr1.2 is due to a few memory leaks which they cant get rid of and are fixing as many as they can in pr 1.2 but still releasing it knowing there are leaks. it also may not actually be 1.3 but 1.2.1 or something
