checking for LIBSIGNON... configure: error: Package requirements (libsignon-glib >= 0.19) were not met:
No package 'libsignon-glib' found
Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.
Alternatively, you may set the environment variables LIBSIGNON_CFLAGS
and LIBSIGNON_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

the library is already present .
How to avoid these errors ?
In arm environment it is building properly .
Issue is with x86 env only .
