how is 1.3.4 holding up for you guys?

i just picked up a 900, and after reading up on this emulator i installed it. the program loads fine, however any .srm file i try to run in drnok just display a solid black screen with a white return arrow in the upper right corner of the screen...

so any input here... i need some mario rpg

page to see if there is a previous version that is more stable, but how would i install one of these?
