As I explained at http://github.com/smokku/uae4all/issues/closed#issue/32 it's just the way auto frameskip works. If you need cycle-exact emulation (ie. demos) you want Auto, if you want smooth animation 0 might be preferred. I did some testing and it looks the bottleneck is the OCS emulation code (together with Copper and Blitter), not the CPU core, so I will stick to UAE core as Cyclone has problems with programs doing weird things.
