2) complaining is basically where you get to when things go bad and no one listens to you - complaining is effectively a feral attempt to generate mutual support for a cause.
3) it is important to listen to and distill the complaints, and not react as i see to often here.
Maybe if we have all these complaints in one big fat thread, it could serve as a warning for potential buyers, eh?

That way potential buyers can make and "informed" decision and we don't have threads like this respawning every 5 mins.
