1) people who are b*tchin' 'bout sh*t get told to buy an iPhone when actual what they are saying is: " this is the closest thing to the perfect device out there but how can it be that Nokia can get so much right yet still Screw up the basics!" what they are not saying is: "stop working on this its so bad it wont ever succeed". every complaint is a vote for improvement from someone who cares. 2) complaining is basically where you get to when things go bad and no one listens to you - complaining is effectively a feral attempt to generate mutual support for a cause. 3) it is important to listen to and distill the complaints, and not react as i see to often here.
