I'm not validating anything. And yes, I could have searched, but by the same token, when I asked (and I did ask, several times), you could have answered. Assuming I even did a search on your name, since the most recent posts show first, I would have had to dig quite a while to find a non-N900 related post.
I've never made disgusting remarks to anyone here asking questions. I've corrected people that were saying things that were patently untrue, or misleading, or representing themselves as an authority to people asking questions and giving false information. That's quite a different thing.
If you search and read my posts, as you seem to want me to do for you, you'll find I've answered several people's questions, quite politely, on several topics where I'm knowledgeable. I've joined in several discussions about changes and new apps, done lots of testing and feedback, and even on occasion had a discussion or two about opinions on how companies should operate. But I've never railed against a person coming into the forum and asking a question.
There's a far cry between answering a question and correcting (or "clarifying") an answer that's misleading or false. And even doing that once or twice generally won't get me going. You have to be quite insistingly negative and repeatedly spreading misinformation to earn my venom. Only 2 or 3 people here have gotten me to that point here.
