after i sent it out in december, they sent me back a letter a month or so later, but only to tell me that I was missing some items, and I PREVIOSLY sent them EVERYTHING, I made sure of that. good thing i made copy and sent it to them a second time. They still haven't responsed to me from then on

I provided all my information twice. Once on my intitial e-mail, and the second time before the April e-mail.
