Same error....as much as I reflashed... no success...
I was running PR1.2 and 'downgraded' to 1.1 UK
then the little symbol with the red line though it...
BUT I FIXED IT!!!!

Right... Here is exactly what I did to fix mine....:

all with NO SIM card installed
-flash Vanilla emmc 1.2009.41-1 (didn't boot)
-flash PR1.1 2010.02-8 (boot and swich off)
-flash PR1.2 (boot without sim, swich off, boot with sim)
Works fine now!
