AMD coolNQuiet...its a feature pretty much every single AMD CPU has now a days...and they are pretty darn quiet! Lets just say, you can most probably get a quad amd for the price of a duo Intel...so, if you're budget is tight, go for a duo/tri core amd...really good, and you can overclock the hell out of them
