It seems the n900 is right for his needs but for a lot of others it's simply not the phone or OS for them. Personally I have far better things i'd rather be doing than trying to make an app for this phone. I bought this so i wouldn't have to carry an Itouch and and my old phone which has a great 5 megapixel camera.

This thing has let me down not only in the apps department but in the phone and camera areas as well. Plus my itouch syncs with my kindle.

So you can argue how great it is and it well may be..for you. It's not for all people.
