Is there a way to consider the network mode config of the device?

Lets explain:
- if the device is configured for 3G or dual mode, then AutoDisconnect switch between 2G-3G
- if the device is only in 2G, then AutoDisconnect don't change the network mode

The reason for this is because not all places has 3G support, and if I take a picture, and the geotagging is active, the device will switch to 3G to try a GPS fix....but will fail because there is no 3G network.
