flash 10.1 is available as a BETA on ONE and only ONE mobile device(the nexus one) and it doesn't have GPU support yet.

And it has only just been available this past week at all.
I agree. Why would Nokia replace a GA version (9.4) that was bundled with the N900 for a beta that offers no real benefit at this point outside of compatibility with sites needing 10.1. Also, Adobe can't say anything since Flash was bundled with the device.

I think all of this comes down to MeeGo and what Nokia is going to do about MeeGo on the N900.
