here is the code

mplayer -dumpstream mms://srv2.mel.apstream.net/pbsfm -dumpfile media/mmc2/music

i place this line in

home/user/.mplayer/config

as soon as i do this mplayer will not play or kmplayer-anything using mplayer as a player
