Were Nokia to wait to fix all critical/blocker bugs before releasing the next firmware update, our wait would be far longer than a week. Not only would there be the time for the bugs to be fully investigated and fixed, but there would also be the month of QA following the code freeze following the fixes.

If you notice, only two of the bugs are actually blockers, and I'm not sure that "blocker" severity is always taken literally, especially as those bugs are fairly recent. For instance, if PR1.2 had been frozen by the time those bugs were upped to blocker, I doubt Nokia would unfreeze for them.
