Well, I call myself gullible but it said in their window, and they've advertised in the newspaper they were an "Authorized Nokia Service Center" - Now, I don't know about you but with the way my device was handled and put back together I'm pretty sure they're a bunch of cowboys, they probably are not even a Authorized reseller.

Well if that was the case then they're defiantly a bunch of idiots and would have honored the warranty for dust intrusion. £80 they charged me!

I'm usually pretty quick on the ball with things, and I'm no stranger to tech since I'm a software engineer, on site hardware support engineer for Dell, and website programmer. So this kind of rip-off cowboy attitude really makes me angry. I suppose I was more concerned with just getting the dust out, a process I could have easily done myself.

Interesting, might be worth looking into that. But I would really like to use genuine parts. The problem is, I need a genuine touch panel as the panel comes with the entire assy.
