I have a similar result but different specifics.

Application packages missing:

librtcom-eventlogger0 (=1.4-2+0m5)
librtcom-eventlogger-plugins0 (=1.4-1+0m5)

I am running 1.1 with some of the 1.2 SDK packages installed. Having the SDK packages installed eliminated most of my missing packages issues for the last week or two - until now.
