My Nokia N86 is primarilly a phone and therefore works primailly in portrait mode, it does how ever support landscape mode in every single app (obv not all 3rd party), without messing up the interface to the extent that the app is rendered useless.

I though 'them telling us' how to use a device was the apple forte, not nokias.
