Hi everyone, So today morning i downloaded the new PR 1.2 OTA by going to my apps and downloading it. It downloaded fine and when the phone switched off and restarted the NOKIA logo came up and it said "Installing software update. Please do not interrupt" the status bar showed it doing something with the percentage bar going up to 50% then it shut down and now when ever the phone turns back on its stuck on - "Installing software update. Please do not interrupt". Please advise me on what i should do? I also created a backup on my internal storage and on my memory card before i updated - Will this backup have all my contacts? Please help!!!
