Listen, the same thing happened to me. Did you by chance attempt to install all of your old apps/update? The only thing that helped me was re-flashing it, restoring the back up, and before updating all of my apps, I had to change the distribution of Extras. That's the ONLY change I made and the phone's working on PR1.2 now.
