I know this has been discussed already but is there any project that is ongoing for this? At least just for the sake of supporting the current maemo lack of phone functions like video call(3g), mms etc. Well some might say that I should get a symbian phone then if I want but lol I already have my omnia HD and I would not do such a thing. Imagine a person carrying 2 bulky phones on each side of pockets. Well if there isn't any could someone just at least enlighten some of us if it would be possible and how to start? I'm already an expert of linux system(pc) and also on symbian(phone). What i'm lacking of is just on how would I integrate/port the symbian's rofs, core etc. images into n900? And what software can be used? Porting driver's isn't a big deal for me I can do it all alone with a little research.
To make it short i'd like someone to give me a hint on how to start things out... I already gathered all the information regarding n900's drivers, hardware, nokia's PDK. I'm planning on porting the open source symbian^1 and dual boot it on n900(with the primary priority of the phone functions) as I can see SE Satio has very similar hardware with n900.
