OS 2007 on N800 has Flash 9. Unless Nokia have negotiated a new licence with Adobe, OS 2007 HE on 770 will almost certainly not have Flash 9 and will continue to use Flash 6. Even if Flash 9 came to the 770, youtube would suck due to the lack of horsepower.
