I made a skype call with GPRS connection, the quality wasn't that bad, they could hear me and I could hear them and so on. I also tried the video call, but they couldn't see me, I guess the connection isn't that good/powerfull to manage a video call, but it did ( IMHO ) pretty good on GPRS.
