Yep, I already had the "always allow" option enabled.

That's what I would think too. The weird thing is that my operator allows to disable data roaming from their web service and I've done that. I shouldn't even be able to use 3G data when not in the home network.

I contacted my operator, hopefully they are able to find out the reason for this.
