Well if possible, try to return your N900 and get a refund... then buy something that has not got the brand Nokia on it

If you expect something like that to be fixed... it will be... in a year or two.... just when the N900 will be totally outdated as a hardware and as a platform...

Another option is just wait someone from the OSI developers here to release a patched kernel/bluetooth libs that will fix the problem... but that will take time too...
