hi i was wondering if anyone can shed some light on this flasher problem i have. ive used the flasher before but now when im trying to add the new firmware. i run the CMD line and it says

"RX-51_2009SE_10.2010.19-1_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM: %m"

it doesn;t start upgrading or trying to read the device. any thoughts?
