Go to Settings->Internet Connections->Connections

Click on T-Mobile Internet and then press Edit button
Access point name: epc.tmobile.com
leave Username/Password empty and "Prompt for password" unchecked.
Next... and then click on Advanced, now you have the proxy settings.
