This appears to be you - just checked mine and everything works correctly. Do you have cpumem-applet installed? Because it sounds to me like your cpu is busy doing something else if nothing happens when you press return, then have to move go back up to start typing Yes I would like this option. I only download and view email through WiFi. I guess they do it this way to save people data packages/costs.
