You have clearly not been following this thread. That have been discussed in this thread on numerous occations. If you use the forum search you will find your answer.

The risk of overheating is very low. But do not get over comfortable and do something stupid like letting the phone run on 850mhz minimum. As always.. if you feel the phone get's hot - lower the mhz and you should be good.

I have tested a lot of different settings. I am running at 805mhz max which are enough for me. I benefit of the longer battery and a smother run. I do not need more juice as i am not a gamer
