i think abill_uk can put his views forward without being attacked surely?! hes experienced these heat problems without O/C and to mention them is probably a good idea! regardless of whether he is technically correct with the extra heat produced with undervolting etc, im not one to comment. From what i can see hes just making his point known and is offering to help us overclockers by designing a mod. No harm in that is there?!

Personally i have my device oc'd to 250-1000MHz with titans xlv settings and haven't experienced any extra heat. Baring in mind i just use my n900 for short quick texts, internet browsing etc and dont run a constantly heavy load.

While on the subject of heat though. I have noticed the n900 get VERY hot on long phone calls (1hr+) when charging - yes the girlfriend lol, but the device locks to 600Mhz during phone calls, and with the undervoltage i wasn't expecting this. I beleive the n900 has always done it even pre o/c, but yeah... just wondering if others experience similar things?
