btw. mobile maps installs itself in the home directory and will take all your free space if you choose to install many maps

this will happen when you install mobile maps through ovi store at the moment.

if you install the updated version from sygic repository directly then you will miss the three directorys "Drive", "Res" and "Maps"
this wohnt let your application start

and another wierd thing i found out is,

when you install over ovi store, it does not matter if you change the settings.ini for the maps directory, it will not find the maps in the new directory (f.e. MyDocs/maps)

and apt-get upgrade will tell you there is nothing to upgrade, if you write apt-get install mobile-maps-9 it will tell you it is a "new" application.
wierd stuff dont know if only i have this issues

if you install over sygic repository (7.71.1) it will find the directorys in MyDocs, and you can change the directory in the settings.ini

i have moved all sygic directorys to MyDocs/.sygic/

and it works perfectly
Strange.

I just did a Fresh Flash install of PR 1.2 I backed up the 3 dirs in MyDocs, Res, Drive maps.

I flashed the OS, and flashed the eMMC card.

Installed all apz from scratch after enabling all repositories. I installed Mobile Maps 9 from the Sygic repository. Put the 3 dirs back in MyDocs, and fired it up and everything worked as before. Nuttin' to it. All appz were installed from scratch from the repositories, not from the backup info. I had noted all appz before wiping everything. Only thing restored from backup were contacts. I have a "relatively" no bug install.
