Well I think all thieves know that once a phone's battery is removed it wont work anymore. So its really all the same how easy any of these "alarm systems" are to switch off. Removing the battery is a master key.

And I don't think that te N900 community has a lot of "common folk" that might get confused into thinking this is a real protection system.

I don't get it why we hang on Ovi to save us from our thirst for apps: the Ovi store is the culmination point of all the silly doo-dah apps out there (besides the Angry Birds game) while the real apps we want can be found in the repos.
