Other than the usual updated links by bunanson, WorldTV99 can now be ordered by category or by country. Double tap on the list's first item, called 'WorldTV99', and select the desired view mode.
A third view, called 'Geographical restricted', lists the TV channels that cannot be watched outside a country.
