hi all,

once upon a time, the conversation widget had an amazing function of enabling us to view messages right from our desktops.

however after an update from a long time ago, the widget changed appearance, and now are no longer enabling us to view messages, instead, it acts like a link to the conversation page.

is it just me, or is it quite obvious that the pre-update version of the widget is much more useful and convenient?

or is there a way to enable the widget to do what its able to do before the update?
