That figures. I think it may be a bit too eager sometimes - at least it explains how leaving the appmanager running sucked half of my battery in less than an hour one day.

Have you noticed that disk operations - reading/writing - seem to be really heavy? This could explain the stuttering as well. I was able to choke my N900 by downloading 100Mb game from a repo. Also when gPodder is downloading files the phone is veeery sluggish. Anyone else experiencing this?
