I wouldn't count on Skype video on the N800 anytime soon. The N800's Skype client is derived from Skype's general Linux client (complete with many of the same bugs). The Linux client does not have video, and the N800 certainly won't get it until after they add it to the mainline Linux client. Which I'd put sometime between the appocalypse and hell freezing over, given Skype's past history with the Linux client.
