As I mentioned I ordered a replacement which is free (besides the 3$ something shipping fee) for a live time. You just need to send in the old sheet.

I ordered a replacment May 30th and status was today still not shipped. Wrote the support a mail. They came back within a couple of hours and now its beein marked as shipped.

+ support reacted fast
- I don't know if it would have been shipped without me mailing.
