Why don't u try it out?? Use battery monitoring apps like Battery graph or batteryeye and see how the performance and battery life changes. Everyone uses their phone differently so it's best to do a test for yourself, it's not hard or anything, just let your phone run for a whole day doing what you normally do, and switch to a different overclock/underclock and try it out.
just asking for some advise on a preferred starting point
was already running ideal 500 850
and changed to starving 250 850 2day (also with wifi disabled, 2g instead of 3g) and still using the same battery usage basicly mirroring yesterdays!!!!!!???

dont use it for music or video havent had bluetooth on and still only getting 1 day or 2 if im super lucky

you will notice i have already looked at that page as i posted it in my first post and your 2nd link is a link off that post which i had already done

thanks guys when i get a bit of spare time ill have more of a play with the overclocking/power settings
