If it were truly even just 2 million, that's a good thing. OpenMoko is about the only open source phone, and it didn't do too well.

It's not about a comparison to Apple - which I also own stock - but just to gauge how viable Nokia sees Maemo, thus Meego and how much effort they will put into marketing and providing support (possibly).

Simply put, I've decided to not purchase a N900 - unless I run across on under $250 and will purchase (perhaps) the MeeGo offering instead.

Yet... curiosity is met with... whatever you call it.
