exactly the same for me. The first boot was fine but now when I boot android, I just get the desktop with the status bar but no menu available, no search bar and no icon on the desktop. It's useless and unresponsive. Like new_bee, I can only switch off the system by long pressing the power button and choosing to turn off. I don't know how to fix it without retrying the whole procedure
