I would try to do the backtrace, but Kagu started working fine for me under mysterious circumstances. I had gone so far as to uninstall and reinstall Kagu and get rid of the language-learning files that I thought were causing my crash, and Kagu still didn't run. It went thru the scanning process ok but then crashed as soon as I tried to run an mp3 file. I had the feeling that somehow even though I uninstalled and reinstalled it, it was reusing some file that it had been using when it was crashing due to the language-learning files.

So I gave up, temporarily. Then, in a totally unrelated incident, I uninstalled and reinstalled Canola and discovered that Kagu was working again!

Is that just a coincidence? I am going to try Kagu with my language-learning mp3s soon and see if it crashes again...

Outside of this one problem, Kagu runs great!

However, I have one suggestion. I have a large number of book files for The Looming Tower, a great book about Bin Laden and his pals. When I load it in Kagu, I get one file after another labled The Looming Tower, with no way to tell them apart. When I load them with the default media program on my N800, they are numbered, so I can remember that I left off on 8 The Looming Tower, rather than having to count off as I have to do with Kagu.

Great program, though!
