am I the only one that could not extract the files?

it gives me always an error (see attachment).
Are the packages corrupted somehow?
I did download them 100% successfull.
It's happening the same with the neweir package too (0.0.3-1)

Does anyone else has the same problem?
Tried to extract on Windows with winrar, gives problems too...
