You can use any standard micro-usb cable, there is nothing special about the one in the box.

Go here and download the software update wizard https://www.nokiausa.com/A4686323 and follow the instructions to reflash your device.

Once flashed, as above in control panel, memory, make sure virtual memory is turned off, and then format the internal card.

Your N810 will then be honeymoon fresh again.

Once there, when the first thing I would suggest is to install the community SSU before anything else.
